5-session Design Sprint - Onsite

Leadership through a five session exercise to clarify product vision. In each session we'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders (clients) + the cross-functional execution team (designers, engineers, manufacturers, product managers) to achieve the following goals:

Clarify the problem + assumptions about a potential solution

Identify a single user journey through a proposed solution

Ideation through rapid sketch exercises

Collaborative critique of product, feature or service concepts

Develop a prototype

User testing

This is an excellent team building exercise. The findings from this process can be used to validate new products.  The design artifacts are supportive materials for the engineering phase, team building + pitching startup ventures.
